Connectivity & Safety
The watch does not support a SIM card, meaning it cannot make calls, does not have GPS, and has no internet access. It is a simple and safe option, free from distractions or uncontrolled connectivity.
For added safety, it includes an ICE (In Case of Emergency) feature. A saved emergency contact number is displayed on the screen, allowing an adult to quickly reach a parent or guardian if needed.

Shipments in Greece are made via ACS Courier and transport company and to foreign countries via DHL. Please contact our customer service department if you wish to be informed about your shipment.
We will get back to you as soon as possible, providing all the necessary information about your shipment. Regarding the receipt of your order, it would be useful to know that courier companies usually do not call before delivery.
They will come to the address you specified and if they can't find you, they will leave a notification for you to call them and make an appointment. If we find that 2 days after sending your order, you have not received it, we will contact you for your best service and to help you with the receipt.
We make every effort to deliver shipments within 2-5 business days from the order date. Holidays and weekends are excluded, as they are not considered business days.
