If we find that 2 days after sending your order, you have not received it, we will contact you for your best service and to help you with the receipt.

We make every effort to deliver shipments within 2-5 business days from the order date. Holidays and weekends are excluded, as they are not considered business days.

In the event that there is a reason for your order to be delayed, you will be informed via e-mail.
